Your ideas, our know-how
Once the design of the punched part has been finalized, the production of the tool is started. The necessary design is provided by our experienced designers, who develop the tool concept.
Quite smart: the data from our CAD/CAM system is transmitted online to the CNC machines of the toolmaking department. Here our tool mechanics manufacture high-quality stamping and forming tools. With tool completion, complete initial sample test reports and all capability certificates are supplied in addition to initial samples and pilot series according to customer requirements.
